A: If you aren’t pleased with your order, Auto-BodyParts.com will take returns within 21 days after the date of purchase if you would like to exchange your order for other auto body parts or a reimbursement. (However, we do not accept returns on any painted parts – no exceptions whatsoever.) All returns will be charged a 10% fee. Any shipping charges are not refundable either, and you are accountable for the return shipping cost. If the return is because of a mistake we have made, there will be no restocking fee and shipping will be repaid. Q: What is OEM?
A: OEM is an abbreviation for Original Equipment Manufacturer which is a manufactured product or component, like a replacement auto body part, made by the manufacturer of the original part. For instance, if you purchase a BMW OEM bumper, it is a bumper that is initially made by BMW. We at Auto-BodyParts.com carry an extensive assortment of OEM parts from a variety of manufacturers.
Q: What parts are available for painting and what are the costs?
A: Auto-BodyParts.com paints fenders, hoods, bumpers, mirrors and radiator supports.
These parts come painted and painting is included in the price:

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel your auto body parts order, please call us at (630)-458-0082 as soon as you can. All orders that are cancelled over 48 business hours after they were made will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

A: CAPA means Certified Automotive Parts Association. CAPA is a non-profit organization who tests the correctness and quality of automotive parts to persuade competition in the industry. Parts with this certification will have the CAPA seal by the description throughout the website.
